2. Break down “She Said, He Said” disciplinary complaints to determine action viability by board of nursing.
3. Evaluate the proper balancing test for investigating a licensee’s social media within a disciplinary complaint or initial application for licensure. 
4. Analyze applicable disciplinary case studies utilizing contemporary legal and investigative strategies.
